Superintendent's Office

Dear Buena Families,

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year and to our new Buena Regional School District website. As a lifelong resident of Buena Borough, it is an honor to serve as the Superintendent of the Buena Regional School District. The 2026-2027 school year marks my 11th year in education, and I am excited to return home and serve the community that helped shape me.

At the beginning of my career, I worked as a Special Education Teacher in the Stratford School District in Stratford, NJ, and at Cumberland County Technical Education Center (CCTEC) in Vineland, NJ. I then became an Assistant Principal in the Deerfield Township School District in Rosenhayn, NJ. Most recently, I served for three years as Superintendent/Assistant Business Administrator in the Lower Alloways Creek School District in Salem, NJ. Each of these roles has contributed to my growth as both an educator and leader.

Academically, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and History from Rowan University. At the graduate level, I earned three master's degrees: School Administration from Rowan University, Special Education from New Jersey City University, and Business Administration from Eastern University. I am currently in the final stages of completing my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership through Rowan University.

Over the past several months, I have made it a priority to attend as many events as possible before officially assuming my role as Superintendent on August 1, 2026. During my visits to our five schools: Collings Lake Elementary School, Milanesi Elementary School, Cleary Elementary School, Buena Regional Middle School, and Buena Regional High School, I have witnessed the positive climate and culture that make each school unique. In addition, I have seen firsthand the dedication of our staff members and the many outstanding opportunities available to our students.

As we begin this new school year, I look forward to working alongside our students, families, staff, and community members. Together, we will continue to build upon the district's strengths and write an exciting new chapter for the Buena Regional School District.
