Health Services Facilities for Physical Examinations & Immunizations
- Students need current up to date immunizations. Dental and eye glass programs are available. Please see the school nurse for state and local programs.
- Student requiring medications to be administered at school can receive medical forms in the nurses office.
- Students may see their own physician to have their physical completed, using the BRSD Forms, or any of the following medical sites may be used:
