Home Instruction Information
Home instruction is the provision of one-to-one instruction in the student’s place of residence or other appropriate setting due to a health condition, need for treatment, court order or exclusion from general education for disciplinary or safety reasons.
If a parent is requesting Home Instruction for their child due to medical reasons, the Home Instruction Request Form must be completed and returned to the Building Principal if the student is in grades K to 6, or the Guidance Department if the student is in grades 6 to 12.
