Welcome to the Buena Regional High School Counseling Department!

The mission of the Buena Regional School District School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate counseling program to address our students' academic and career goals and support their personal/social needs. In doing so, we embrace collaboration with parents/guardians, teachers, administration, and community members to give all students the tools they need to become successful, socially responsible citizens and lifelong learners in a diverse and ever-changing world.

Hi! My name is Mr. Lysk and 1 am the counselor for students whose last name starts with the letters A to G.

I've been a counselor at Buena for 6 years. I love working in the counseling department because | get to work with students of all backgrounds and no two days are the same.

I am the school counselor for students whose last names begin with the letters H through O. I support students by providing academic, social and emotional support. l am also in charge of all state testing. I look forward to a successful school year!

Ms. Padilla (Crisis Counselor & SAC)

Hey yall!! Welcome back..! legit missed you, fr fr!!!

This is my fifth year here at the BRHS and there is absolutely nowhere else I'd rather be! I have one daughter who is a Sophomore at Cedar Creek (pray for us both, please and thanks) and a Holland Lop bunny name Biscuit. I live locally, so l will often see you all at stores or on the job and I love it! So make sure to say hi if you see me around. I've recently started running which I'm really enjoying. There may be a half-marathon in my future (but like 50/50 though, because 13 miles is a lot). I spent most of my summer at the beach because...why not? lol I hope you're ready for a fantabulous school year, because I sure am!!!
